Once you have decided to picnic, with us, simply fill out and submit our booking form and we will let you know whether we have availability for the requested date and time. once your date and time have been confirmed available, we will send you over an invoice for payment. Simply pay the deposit and your event is secured.

Dates and times for picnics are not guaranteed until the deposit or full payment has been made.
Once a payment has been made, your selected date and time are officially booked.

We offer packages for groups of 2-30 but can accommodate as many guest as you desire.

Once your date has been confirmed available you will receive an invoice with request for payment. 50% deposit of your total amount is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining amount is due per your invoice date. You may select to submit the full payment at once.

We do not offer or supply alcohol for any events. While you are welcome to bring your own, we advise that you review Beaufort counties public drinking policy prior to your event.

Due to our high number of bookings, deposits are non-refundable as we have held your date and turned down other events to do so.
All picnic and/or events are non-refundable. However we are happy to reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) one time without penalty up to 72 hours before your picnic /event.
Within 72 hours, there is a rescheduling fee of $20 per person.
Once the picnic is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule.

Each of our picnics come with 2 hours to enjoy your picnic. You may choose to add on more time ( if available) at the time of booking.
Proposal set ups come with 1 hour, unless a picnic is added to the proposal.

We do our best to keep an eye on the weather however nature is one of those things that we can't control.
your enjoyment and safety are of importance to us so if bad weather is expected on the day of your event (ie. strong winds, rain, heavy rain, lightning, hurricane, flooding and any other act of God) you will have. the option to move your picnic to an indoor location or reschedule.

Made is cute events and Parties Is a Military family owned business, as such, yes we do have an access to military bases if you'd like to host your event on an instillation.
Please note that while we have base access we do not extend this to our clients. If You do not personally have base access, we can not bring you in as a guest.

Picnics make great gifts for birthdays, engagements, weddings, graduations, and so much more.
Simply fill out our contact form requesting to purchase a gift voucher that can be redeemed at a later date and time by the recipient.

Our preselected locations do not require a special permit, however depending on the type of event and number of people, some places may require special permitting.
If you request a special spot, we'll let you know if we need a permit.

On the day of your picnic/event, we'll arrive at your selected location and setup the entire picnic/event.
Once setup is complete we will stick around to ensure your picnic is untouched until you arrive.
We ask that you notify us at least 30 minutes prior to leaving if you desire to leave early. If no early departure is needed we will arrive to pickup and cleanup your picnic at the previously agreed time.
